SPROUL (Cork) On 8th January 2026 peacefully surrounded by family at Cork University Hospital, SEAN (SEANIE BAND) late of Dublin Hill and Mahon. Dearly beloved father of Sarah and Gerard, much adored brother of Catherine (O’Brien) and the late Thomas and cherished son of the late Lena and Brendan.

Sadly missed by his loving family, partner Catherine, her children John, Alan & Elaine, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many many friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Monday (12th January) from 10.00am, family in attendance at 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm.
