Gretta passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Wicklow Hospice on 31st January 2026. Beloved wife of Jimmy, much loved mother of Adrienne, Janet, Trish and John, sister of George, Mary, Paddy, Bridie and the late Fr John and Kathleen. She will be sadly missed by her family, grandchildren Aaron, Zara, Jack, Maia, Lana and James, sons-in-law Dave, Finbarr and Seb, daughter-in-law Emily, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Hammel’s Funeral Home, Kilmuckridge (Y25 C9T3) on Monday (2nd Feb) from 3pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm. Funeral arriving to St Mary’s Church, Kilmuckridge on Tuesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
