John J. Walsh, Caherbarnagh, Waterville, Co. Kerry died peacefully on the 22nd of April 2026 in the compassionate care of the nurses and staff of The Palliative Care Tralee. 

John is pre-deceased by his parents Jim and Bridie, his sister Maura and brother-in- law Donal O’Dwyer, sister-in-law Noreen Walsh and his nephew Ollie Walsh.  

Sadly missed by his loving family, his sisters Breda and Helena [Nelly], his brothers Jamesy and Paddy, sister-in-law Catherine, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Fitzgeralds Funeral Home, Waterville (V23RK24)  on Friday evening  (Apr 24th) from 5:30pm followed by removal at 8:30pm to St Finian’s Church, Waterville arriving at 8:45pm.  Requiem Mass on Saturday (Apr 25th ) at 12 noon  followed by burial in the  Adjoining Cemetery.
