It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Joseph (Christopher) Tobin, Adare and District Nursing Home and  Late of Keane Street , Killalee, Limerick.

On May 16th 2026, peacefully, at Adare and District Nursing Home, surrounded by his  loving family.

Pre deceased by his wife Mary, son Christy, brothers and sister.

Very deeply regretted by his  sons Gerard, Martin and Raymond, daughter Carmel, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and kind neighbours.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, on Tuesday, May 19th, from 4.30 pm to 6pm.

Funeral will arrive on Wednesday, May 20th, at St. Patrick’s Church Dublin Road, for Requiem Mass at 11 am, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (EXT) Cemetery.
