Whooley,  Lisheen,  Skibbereen.  On May 23rd, 2026 peacefully at home in the presence of his loving family. EMMET, beloved husband of Celia and loving father to Pat, Alex, Anne Marie and David. Predeceased by his parents Patrick (Patty) and Anne (Nance) Whooley, brothers Kevin and Junior and sisters Anne and Mary.
 

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Grace, Tracy and Anita, son-in-law John, his nine grand-children Maeve, Aoife Aaron, Dylan, Darragh, Alex, Jack, Hannah and Ailbhe, nieces, nephews and a large circle of neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home in Lisheen (P81K240) on Monday, 25th May from 4pm to 7pm followed by prayers.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday,  26th May at 11.30am in St. Comghall’s Church, Lisheen livestreamed via https://Corklivestream.com/funerals Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
