Aged 78

Formerly of Farnogue, Mullinavat, County Kilkenny. Dave passed away peacefully on Saturday at University Hospital Waterford after a brief illness. Predeceased by his dad, Mick, mother Alice, sister Mary, and daughter Alison.

Deeply missed by his loving wife Bridie, daughters Nicola and Ann, sons Eamon, Dermot and Kieran, sons-in-law Tommy and Steph, daughters-in-law Mairead, Orla and Aoife, brothers Liam and Jim, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law. Adored grandchildren Ryan, David, Sadie, Elijah, Joanne, Adam, Matilda, Alan, Nathan, Faye, Elsie and James, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a very wide circle of friends.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam

Reposing on Monday (15th June) at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Removal on Tuesday to Bigwood Church (X91 P586) (walking from his son Kieran’s residence) for Requiem Mass at 1:00pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff of University Hospital Waterford, and in particular the staff of the Stoke Unit, for their kindness in their care of Dave over the last few weeks.
