Venables, Anthony – Late of Dolphin’s Barn, Dublin 8. Passed away peacefully, 1st August 2025, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Anthony will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary, daughter Olive, sons Brian and Paul, grandchildren Sean, Michelle, Jack and Glen, great-grandchildren Ella Rose, Callie, Grace, Archie, Zachary, Olive’s partner Michael, daughters-in-law Bridie and Maria, sister Maureen, brother Frank, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in the Massey Bros Funerals, 177, Crumlin Rd, Dublin 12 on Wednesday 6th August from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to Our Lady of Dolours Church, Dolphin’s Barn, arriving at 10:50am for Requiem Mass at 11am, with burial thereafter in Glasnevin Cemetery.
