Bill (William) McEnroe (Blackrock and formerly of Crumlin) – January 4th, 2026. Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Blackrock Hospice and while surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Linda McEnroe (née McGuire), cherished father of John and Mary, much-loved brother of Marcella, Rosaleen and the late Tommy and Marie.

Sadly missed and remembered by all his loving family, daughter-in-law Rachelle and Mary’s partner David, grandchildren Oscar, Ben, Jack and Elena, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends and colleagues from Revenue.  Bill will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered with great affection for his kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering integrity.

Bill will repose at JP Ward & Sons Funeral Home, Sandyford Village (D18 C8P7) on Friday evening (Jan 9th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning (Jan 10th) to the Church of St, Thérèse, Mount Merrion arriving for 10am Mass, followed thereafter to Shanganagh Cemetery.
