Royal, Doug, 9th May 2026, (Avonmore Park, Tallaght and formerly of The Liberties, Dublin 8), (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family, at Tallaght Hospital; beloved husband of Phyllis, much loved dad of Doug, Mark, Marian, Claire, Jen and Mena, adored grandad by all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doug will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Vin, Graham and Brian, daughters-in-law Dee and Tina, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his home on Tuesday (12th May) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday (13th May) at 10am in St. Dominic’s Church, Millbrook Lawns, Tallaght and afterwards for burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
