Eileen Thompson (nee Curtin), Meenleitrim, Knocknagoshel, Co. Kerry passed away on 10th January 2026 in the wonderful care of the staff at University Hospital Kerry.  Pre-deceased by her parents Denis P and Eileen, her brothers Pat and brother-in-law Con Galvin. Eileen will be sadly missed by her loving husband Tom, her sister Nora, brother Larry, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, her extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Leahy’s Funeral Home Knocknagoshel Village this Monday evening January 12th from 5pm to 7:30pm. Requiem Mass for Eileen will take place in St Mary’s Church Knocknagoshel on Tuesday at 11am followed by burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery Knocknagoshel.
