George’s life journey began on January 9th 1952, in Texas and he completed this journey on Friday 15th of May 2026 peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.

Predeceased by his parents Charlene and Leyland, and his sister-in-law Anne King.

George will be deeply missed by all who loved him, especially his beloved wife Bernadette, his sister Lynn, daughter Lori, grandson Holden, brothers-in-law Gerry (Bernie) and Stephen (Breda) and his extended family and friends.

Reposing in Jennings Funeral home Oscar Traynor Rd, Dublin 17 on Tuesday the 19th of May from 6pm until 7.30 pm. Reposing at The Chapel of Rest, Ballyconneely on Wednesday the 20th of May from 5.30pm until 7.30pm with removal afterwards to The Church of the Holy Family, Ballyconneely. Funeral Mass for George on Thursday the 21st at 11.30am after which he will be laid to rest in St. Flannans Cemetery, Errislannan.
