The death has occurred suddenly of George Wilson, at his residence Magdalene Court Kells and formally of Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan.

George was predeceased by his parents, and is survived by his cousins and friends in Kells.

George’s remains will arrive at St. Colmcille’s Church Kells on Monday 11th November at 11am for funeral Mass,which can be viewed on kellsparish.ie, followed by burial in St. Colmcille’s cemetery. George will be fondly remembered as a very highly intelligent gentleman, with a broad outlook on life and with an interest in local, national and international affairs and was respectfully known in Kells as a gentleman who cared for lost and strayed animals, providing food for them on a daily basics and also paid for their veterinary care.
