Ita McNulty (née Broderick) Springwood, Mallow and formerly of New Street, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully on December 21st 2025, at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork.

Beloved wife of the late Martin, dear mother of Séamus, Máire and Brian.

 Predeceased by her brothers Seán and Jimmy and sisters Margaret and Joan. 

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Caroline and Nora, grandchildren Laura, Mark, Kate, Aoife, Dáire and Caoimhe, great-grandchild Cooper, and Laura’s partner Stephen, sisters-in-law Angela and Peggy, nieces Marie-Thérèse and Siobhán, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the Home Care team particularly Jenny, Bridget, Rachel and Ann, staff at Mallow Day Care/ the Alzheimer’s Society, staff of Nazareth House, the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy University Hospital and the Medical Centre Mallow who took such great care of Ita.
