Julian passed away peacefully on 24th February 2026, in the tender care of the wonderful staff of Wicklow Hospice and with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his much loved father Peter and his brother Nicky. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing son Christopher, daughters Emer, Ciara and Aisling, their mother Mary and their partners, his “Mum-to-me Monica”, his brother Brian, sister Lorraine, nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home from 5pm to 7pm on Friday. A service in celebration of Julian’s life will be held at the funeral home at 11.30am on Saturday. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;

Funeral afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, walking to the Nineteen Arches Bridge. Cremation service will be celebrated at 2.15 in The Garden Chapel and this too can be viewed via webcam;
