St Johns, Enniscorthy, Wexford / Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.

Passed away peacefully in his 84th year on Thursday Jan 22, 2026 in Bendigo, Australia surrounded by his family. (Predeceased by his parents Nick and Bridie Walsh (Enniscorthy), sister Mary and brothers Sean and Eddie.) 

Deeply missed by his loving family  Rose, Helen, Ben, Columban and Naomi, sons-in–law, daughter-in-law,  grandchildren and by his brother Richard (Dick).

A service to celebrate the life of Nicholas will be held in St Killian’s Catholic Church, Bendigo on Saturday 7th February at 1.00pm. (2.00am Irish time) which can be viewed here (live stream will start approx. 10 mins. before service)  – followed by burial at Elmore Cemetery, Bendigo.
