Peacefully in the company of his loving family while in the tender care of the doctors and nurses at Tallaght University Hospital. Forever loved and missed by his wife Claire, his daughters Rachel and Sarah, sons, Ronan, Peter and Eamonn, son-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Therese, his cherished grandchildren Paula, Sean, Leah and Jamie, sister Mary, sister-in-law Joan, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at home on Friday 24th April (house private) removal for Funeral Mass in Mary’s Priory, Tallaght at 11am on Saturday 25th April followed by burial at Manor Kilbride Cemetery, Co. Wicklow.

As a celebration of Tom’s life his family would like people to wear colours in memory of Tom’s love of painting and of his garden.
